The Shelter Island Running Club is a place for students in the Shelter Island School to become more active, have fun with their peers, and learn about running and exercising.

What You Need
Clothing and sneakers that are comfortable for running

Pick-Up
Pick-up is at 3:25pm sharp at the school track/playground area
Practice
Practices are 55 minutes long and consist of a short warm-up,
drills and stretches, running exercises, a game, and a
cool-down
Members' skills levels will be taken into consideration and
practices will strive to meet runners' individual needs
